Mico has spent 9 years perfecting the craft of sourcing and recruiting top technical talent. After establishing the San Francisco office for Aston Carter (Aerotek subsidiary), Mico joined Meta, recruited hundreds of candidates over 5 years, and concluded his time there leading engineering sourcing teams.
Mico is responsible for leading ScaleU's sourcing and recruiting strategy. He is originally from the Bay Area and attended Syracuse University.
Rich spent nearly a decade in sales, partnerships, and business development roles across a variety of technology companies, including joining Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO) as one of the initial sales hires prior to their Series B round.
Rich is responsible for leading ScaleU's recruiting for early stage sales teams and takes pride in his ability to identify and vet top sales reps for our clients.
Rich is originally from Southeast Georgia and attended Syracuse University with Mico.
After beginning his career staffing in the day labor space, Justin has spent 10 years recruiting for companies of all sizes from MAANG to a Series B startup. Justin received a Masters in Organization Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2022 and has a passion to make work environments better for employees and to help companies avoid the pitfalls of growth
Justin is responsible for leading ScaleU's candidate assessments and also participates heavily in sourcing and recruiting. He is originally from Southern California and attended UC Davis prior to his UGA Masters Program.
